Reply to <a href="mailto:mav@horizonps.com">mav@horizonps.com</a> only.<br><u>If you have a question relevant to others, you can reply to this email instead.<o:p></o:p></u></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Those members that have done this before, pretty much know the drill.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Those members wanting to help out or not quite familiar…..with the process….here is a summary below.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Please note, that there is not a lot of work to be done…..a few of us will be doing demo’s.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Other than that just sitting around, meeting the public, checking the fair out prior to and after your shift.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Telling tall tales. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Water, soft drinks are always cold, and available as well as some snacks.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Advise you bring a folding chair as we have limited seating.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><b>There will always be an experienced member doing the OPEN and CLOSE each day.<o:p></o:p></b></p><p class=MsoNormal><b><o:p> </o:p></b></p><p class=MsoNormal><b>In the past members who devoted at least several hours a day over two or more days get a HIDARG T-SHIRT.<o:p></o:p></b></p><p class=MsoNormal><b>WE will be staying with that similar theme this year as well, Please supply your shirt size.<o:p></o:p></b></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>We have a limited number of FREE tickets to pass out to booth folks, and HiDARG picks up a few extras<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>so that we can cover everyone’s fair admission. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>We get FULL WEEK passes for those wanting to do at least 3 days as it is much cheaper for HiDARG to get those than (3) one day passes.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Senior passes are much cheaper as well…. so we need a pretty good count of who needs those.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>As a note on Wed… .senior’s get in FREE……<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Folks need to look at the current sheet and figure out the times they want to man the booth.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Some folks will be needed to man the “Special Event” W7D station, as much as possible.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>This would be in addition to your booth duties….. at minimum we need one on station, and two in the booth.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Otherwise it is hard to coordinate restroom breaks and food breaks.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><b><u><span style='font-size:14.0pt;color:red'>SO with that said… when can you do the booth. Days/Times…..?????<o:p></o:p></span></u></b></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:black'>Blocks are in Half hour segments.
