</o:shapelayout></xml><![endif]--><div class="WordSection1"><p class="MsoNormal">If you plan to volunteer at the HiDARG booth at the fair, I need to know how many hours and what times/days you can do.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Here are my “Initial” thoughts….(for board approval)<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Those doing at least 3hrs a day for at least two days will get a special HiDARG tee shirt. (After the fact not during)<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Those doing at least 3hrs a day over 3 days will get a polo shirt.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Those doing a full 8hr day will get a polo shirt.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">And of course doing more than the above gets you a polo shirt.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">(Shirts to be ordered after the event)<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Below is an image of the times slots in one half hour chunks.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">So if you want to work 4hrs on Wed at 2pm, you work until 6pm<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Wed is Senior citizens day, so you get in free.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">We need at least two folks in the booth per shift.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Some of us are “floaters” we fill in as needed when needed.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">You know who you are, but we are looking for other die hard workers to help.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">They are going to have a limited number of tickets each day, which will cramp things a bit.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">We do not yet know the prices….but HiDARG picks up your admission fee each day.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">And it usually works out better that if you are working 3days we<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">get you a week pass for Wed-Sun as it is much cheaper.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">So need your tentative schedule and days.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">“I will work any day you need me” is not appropriate, so please choose your slots<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">and if you are flexible let me know. <o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Normally KE7ACY Opens, KE7GYB and/or KF7MAX closes up.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><div><image001.png></div><o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p></div><span>_______________________________________________</span><br><span>HiDARG-Members mailing list</span><br><span>HiDARG-Members@hidarg.org</span><br><span>http://hidarg.org/mailman/listinfo/hidarg-members_hidarg.org</span><br></div></blockquote></div></body></html>
