Hey everyone,

Rather than post  a bunch of large pictures to the list, SEND them DIRECTLY
to Max.   The list has a 5MB maximum file size set and anything larger will
require approval from the list manager and will delay the posting until
such approval is received.   That's not to mention the members that still
have SLOW Internet connections!

At the very least compress the pictures so that they will LOAD faster on
the web-site AND reduce the upload/download times.
