You DO NOT have to be a HIDARG member to help out.

This is all about W9CZ and any help you can provide will be accepted.

 

Thanks again for all those that helped out this last weekend, and the
efforts to get things ready.

John really appreciated all the hard work we did and wanted me to pass on
that he is extremely grateful.

I told him that he had donated so much of his time to hams in this community
as well as events, PPP, fair time, etc.

it was time for a bit of payback to come around to him.

Folks needed on Thurs-Fri-Sat  from  9am to 4pm

Min-3 each day, 4 or 5 at any one time would be great.

IF YOU HAVE HIDARG hats or Shirts PLEASE PLEASE wear them.

 

If we have six folks, then we can split shift it into max 3 or 4hrs per
person per day.

Perfect JOBS for any NEW HAMS (hint hint hint) to help out the club.

So let me know if you can work a few hours in the am or the pm.

Drinks and snacks provided, bring a basic lunch.

 

Need one person to watch (security) with an HT

Make sure items from the house make it to the check stand near the shop or
vice versa.

 

One person in the shop area with an HT

One person in the house with an HT

If you do not have an HT, one will be provided.

 

Keep in mind that HAM ITEMS NOT sold will be donated to HIDARG.

Once that is done we should have our own swap meet later this year.

 

John also has tons of ham radio books, like ARRL handbooks, electronic
texts,

how to stuff.
