Thankfully both eBay and PayPal are very good about refunding payment when products don't ship, so I'm not too worried about it at this point. The question is... do we wait to see if we get them, or do we start the refund process right away? I've emailed the seller (liuyifeng1250 at 126.com <mailto:liuyifeng1250 at 126.com>) and will see if they have a response. 

If anyone else hears a response back, feel free to pass it along!
