Great party, Max, et al!

 

Everything was great and we loved having it on Sunday when we had the place
to ourselves.  I wondered who did the PA setup and was pleased to see that
it was a club member.  The sound was perfect, the prizes great and the food
even better than last year.  All in all, a resounding success!

We had an excellent turnout..I counted 44 heads.

I know I had an excellent time, I hope everyone there did as well...

I thought the food was top notch, even compared to last year, which was
great as well.

Nice end to a year full of lots of events, activities, work parties, and
uggg. paper work!

 

For myself as well as on behalf of HIDARG...

I would like to especially THANK THE FOLLOWING!!!!!!

 

John KE7GYB for logging all you folks in.

Jim N7RDN for supplying the background music and PA system again this year.

Bob W7SCY and Brady W7YPZ for helping me out with the drawings.

Bryan N7VME for helping collect and tear apart tickets.

 

AND all of you kind enough to donate prize items, and cover extra expenses.

That really cool scarf with HIDARG spelled out in code..donated by Chris
KI7OLR was

especially a hit, and we even had a quad copter I wanted to snag and turn
into a drone

(but did not win, fortunately or unfortunately), donated by Jim KF7TGG.

 

Some nice small tools by Joe K7SQ, radios by Buzz W6BZZ, Bryan N7VME,
antenna Jim..N7RDN, 

Cookies John KE7GYB, and a few more items that I can't put my finger on
where they came from..

You know who you are.!!! 

 

And most of all Becky my lovely wife for getting the event venue nailed down
again, decorations, and

ensuring that the XYL's (many of whom put up with our sometimes eccentric
activities)

had some special fun and enjoyed some special items.

 

If anyone ran into any issues or concerns that I was not aware of, or has
input of any

kind, please be sure to contact me off list so that we can do much better
next time.
