I plan to give them 30 - 45 days.  Paypal used to make you wait 20 days to give the seller a chance to deliver, not sure if that is still the case.  They also give you up to 180 days after the payment was made to open a claim, so I'm not worried.  They are excellent at refunding when there's a problem.


These are shipping from China, so it will take a while.  If you've never had anything sent from China, it can take a month or better.

Thankfully both eBay and PayPal are very good about refunding payment when products don't ship, so I'm not too worried about it at this point. The question is... do we wait to see if we get them, or do we start the refund process right away? I've emailed the seller (liuyifeng1250 at 126.com<mailto:liuyifeng1250 at 126.com>) and will see if they have a response.
