Hi Everyone,

I ran across this article for a downloadable PDF file on NVIS
communications!  It gives a pretty good background on Near Vertical
Incident Skywave (NVIS) antennas and operations.  Article is directed at
ALE (Automatic Link Establishment) operators but is also applicable for
emergency comms!
