Hi Kent,

I have been working on a driver safety class for the past two days.  I have not even listened to your phone message. Sorry!

I Saint Charles hospital card simply says John nothing else and blow it volunteer volunteer services. 
There appears to be a code on the back of the card 731826 I D48887. On the bottom of the back of the card is my name John Bruce.
