Dinner Cost is   $35 / HiDARG member AND THAT includes their spouse (member or not!!!!!!)

All Hams are welcome, however non-members are $45 / person so if you have not paid your 2017 dues….

Might want to get the discounted cost and update ASAP.

 

Please bring CHECK or CASH in an sealed envelope please when you arrive….

Put your call and names on the outside, If you paid in advance we will have you on our list.

HiDARG is not able to process credit cards AND we can’t do individual cards to the venue host.

 

Lots of door prizes will be available this year, as we have a decent budget for it, plus a few members increased the pot.

Each attendee will get ONE ticket plus the opportunity to buy additional tickets….this will help OFFSET the venue cost..

 

Dinner will be Rib Roast and Turkey……

Sunday Dec 3rd……..arrival times to be announced shortly, but figure a 5:30 to 6:30 time range.

 

We had a great turnout last year at this venue, so PLEASE  RSVP ASAP.

Group size is limited and we did come close last year…but still had room for more folks.
