Jim and others,

Since we have many Winlink stations and Winlink gateways in this area and we
have very few people who can administer these sites, perhaps we should
consider
making ALL the key codes available to known, skilled admins.  Each
installation can
vary in how its set up since we use the RMS, Winlink, BPQ32, and LINBPQ32
software.
This requires competency in Microsoft OS's and Linux.  At present the only
known admins
are Ray and myself.   If the SHTF,  this could be a game changing problem.
We need to
identify a few others with the right skill sets.
