Subject: [HiDARG-MEMBERS] 100th Deschutes County Fair Special Event Station. Aug 1 to the 5th.

I want to get ahead of this and plan something special for our HiDARG booth at the fair.
We need some committee folks, and planning to be done as early as possible…..

As well as volunteers to operate the Special Event Station we will be setting up.
I would like to see some of the newer folks to do this….if you know how to push the button and talk
we can show you what else needs to be done and said.

I have applied for  W7D as the SE station call… should know later this week if approved.
Some things to consider….
Special displays maybe ham radio info in CO for the last 100 years.
Certificate design and special QSL card design, ideas????

Also need to have folks put these dates in your calendar if you wish to help out at the booth.
