[HiDARG-MEMBERS] What Happened to HR-555?

Current shut down aside, anyone know that happened to HR-555, our 
"antenna" permit vs HOA/CCR's?

Last I recall, it was - under another bill - a done deal and then one 
person objected because of an irregularity in filing and killed the 
whole thing.

It was submitted again - except I think even weaker this time because 
there was no consequence if HOA objected. In other words, just verbal 
encouragement to do the right thing.

So it had proper filing and yet ... as quiet as the "P" in swimming.

I've been waiting it seems like TWO YEARS!
