[HiDARG-MEMBERS] Steens New Repeater

[Steven Fletcher]

There is a new repeater running on Steens Mountain in Harney County. It 
is part of the Peak Radio Association. I know it is up and running but 
not sure of its frequency and tone. Does anyone know it? Here is a rough 
propagation model:
