To Mute or Un-Mute:

When you join you will all be unmuted.

Computer or Smartphone Participants : device you should have a picture on your device that resembles a microphone.  Clicking the icon will toggle mute/un-mute.

Dial-In Participants : Dial *#6 to toggle between mute and unmute
