I wish I could say we were just messing with you, but really just a bonehead mistake on this end.

 

YES YOU DID WIN THE FT2D…. Sorry John…. John got the FT-70D, and I got zilch. hi hi

If I find a third FT-70D around here, I will be sure to give it to myself.

SORRY about the confusion, lot going on last night.

An official sheet with winners call signs coming soon.

I won the extra batt one….but realized that we did not have 3 FT-70D’s….

The used one in the GOLD and the NEW one in the GRAND area was all that we had.

So gave up mine for John…thinking I had a duplicated that entry, in my haste to get the sheet sent out.

 

The top FT-70D was actually  the FT2D radio which John should have and did win….KJ7OIV not the FT-70D.

The description in the top line should have said FT2D.

Thanks again all for buying tickets, donating prizes, and making this year end event a success.

Any suggestions on how to make it better next year please let us know.

 

Also a question came up about where did the TYT-7800 go that might have been seen in earlier emails.

That is a story for another day, suffice to say it was on the list of items purchased by HiDARG, but was

not supposed to be on the list of items to be included in the raffle.
