[HiDARG-MEMBERS] Stupid Repeater question that I can't yet answer

Dear Fellow HiDarg Members:

I do NOT understand the Repeater Code, "ARRL Code", like "oet(162.2)" or
"ot(107.2)E-SUNL" on this page:
https://www.arrg.org/rptrguide.htm

I have not yet been able to find an explanation of these codes anywhere.

Would love a clue!
