Sorry for the late notice.  This is one of the biggest contests and
provides a good opportunity to work some DX as well as Canada/USA.  The
multiplier for scoring is the number of unique call sign prefixes worked.
DX contacts count for more points per contact than US contacts.  A prefix
like a KJ7 will be much more sought after than a plain K7 or W6.  The
Japanese have a lot of prefixes and are easy to work.
