I will go that route if possible.  If you happen to visit with any other Ham’s that have the micro SD programed.  Please let them know That I would be interested in going this route.

The FT3D also uses a SD card chip…easiest would be to get the files from someone else’s SD card, put them on yours..

Then tell your radio to load them in….you would then have to go in and edit the settings to put in the correct call sign.

then be good to go.

Hay Fellow Ham’s,

 

I just purchased a YAESU  FT3D and was wondering if someone would lend me their programming cable.  I would like to download repeaters into it using CHIRP.

 

I’m new at this so also having contact with someone that has done this a few times would be helpful as well.
