Good evening,

Your club achieved 20 years of ARRL Affiliation on July 18th.
Congratulations!  I believe you have many members who were a part of the
Central Oregon Radio Amateurs, which is an inactive club.  That club was
affiliated in 1956.  If that club were still in existence, it would have
achieved 65 years of affiliation this year.

As the ARRL Oregon Affiliated Club Coordinator, I wanted to request that you
update your Affiliated Club entry on the ARRL website.  Many people do not
realize that the entry should be updated annually.  I recommend that it be
done routinely as soon as elections are done each year.

Any authorized official who is an ARRL member can update the entry.  You
would go to your page at
http://www.arrl.org/Groups/view/high-desert-amateur-radio-group/type:club
and click on Edit on the top right.

Doing that will help ensure that the correct people are contacted.  In fact,
very soon, I will be sending the Swaptoberfest brochure to all the club
contacts for them to distribute.  If there is someone else you would like to
be the primary contact for the Oregon Section, please let me know.
