Matt - The bikes are of the pedal variety (TT, road race, road endurance,
monstercross & track).

And I don't have much of an online presence other than my Strava account
during race season or when I'm backpacking. Between work, walks/hikes/runs
with the pup, 10-12 hours a week between the bike and gym, building
bike/radio/jeep stuff, my instagram/facebook/twitter accounts are
tragically neglected. I don't even think I have a QRZ account - I've been
inactive in the amateur radio community for many, many years. And with the
pandemic and the transition to remote work, the _last_ thing I want is more
online social interaction.
