Was in a box of junk I got from an estate sale about a year ago. 

In plastic bag with a page of instructions.

Appears the maker is no longer in business.

It is a shielded mag loop.

At least once I get the hang of it… also tracks down RF noise in and around the house …..

None of my LED lights have any noise on them, and the nosiest item is the fridge display panel.

But drops off to nothing about 10inches away.
