[HiDARG-MEMBERS] 2021 Net Control Operator schedules for the HiDARG nets

Greetings Everyone,

I have created the new 2021 Net Control Operators Schedule  which is
available at the link below:

There is ALSO access to the schedule from the HiDARG Shack Lists file
section via a link in the FILES.  I haven't tried this before so let me
know if there are any issues with it.

Please note that there is now a schedule for the first Wed. 440 net.

For those of you that are not currently a Net Control Operator (NCO), this
is EASY - I encourage everyone to try it out.  If you are interested, get
in touch with me and I will add you to the list.
