[HiDARG-MEMBERS] Programming cable and disc for ICOM 5100A/E?

Good morning.
Do any of you good folks have a cable and disc for programming an ICOM
5100a / 5100e?

I need to borrow one for a friend for about a month. The radio ETA is up in
the air but it would be good for him to have the cable when it gets here.
