[HiDARG-MEMBERS] The beam is up!

It was cold and windy all day and we were freezing our butts.  When Dave
took the picture the sky had suddenly opened up
and the sun shined beautifully on the tower and antennas.  I took it as a
good omen, and sure enough the tri-band beam worked
really well!!!
