I second what Pat said. And welcome!  There are folks into digital (FT-8),
contesting, DXing, repeaters, public service such as ARES or helping with
public events, CW (just ask Dennis KD6PLU who runs the Tuesday Simplex net)
and antenna building and POTA and on and on.  Great bunch of folks that
will help - just ask.
