Hi Dale:
 
It seems that you were not using the Isopole, so Mr. and Mrs. Wren should be using it.  The blue foam did not meet with their families needs, so they adopted it and used if for their own needs.  
 
I guess you could use plastic to recover it - if you get a replacement home for them next year.  
 
However you abandoned the antenna so it is now theirs.
