You can use DTMF commands to reconnect to the AllStar system.  I don't
remember the specific room number - you can find that on the Win system
webpage.

Marks website has the DTMF commands to use.  I think it's *30 (then the
room number) to connect,  *71 to disconnect all nodes, *70 to see what
nodes are connected.
