These are not the signed copies as those are in a file.

Anyone please....... Your free to provide a text or doc file with suggested
changes to each section.

Example Section 2, Par-A  READ this.... and should read.....this blah
blah....etc....

Each section change on a separate page by itself, and only areas with
recommend changes.

The board can review them, and make any edits to put in the Master Draft to
be reviewed. 

to elicit more comment and suggestions from the membership....

 

At the Nov/ Yearly Business meeting is when membership can vote on any
changes per the Bylaws.

However giving our master priorities, Fest, Repeater, and elections.. that
would be a huge time suck.

The President however has the right to call a special business meeting in
early 2024

to put forth and approved document for passage by the members....
